This past month has been filled with lots of new opportunities and projects. It has been a learning experience to go from being on a stage with an audience to now filming our newest piece. It has not been easy, but it has been really fun with this group of funny and talented people. Our members that have transformed into a production crew have been working so hard to film our newest video project. The title for our video project is Remedios, and we promise it will have that same LXTP-ness that our work always has. It is filled with the work of our artists and will feature places in NWA that you will recognize. You will see sneak peeks and pictures of our filming on our Instagram page.

We also have had the amazing opportunity to have our own rehearsal space! Up until March 2020, we had been doing rehearsals at NWACC, but now we have moved onto the Arts Center of the Ozarks aka 214! Thank you to CACHE and the amazing workers at ACO that have helped us settle in. You can check out a small tour of the space on IG or FB. We are excited to create new work in this space. It has been a dream of LXTP, since the early days, to have a space for us.

Not only has there been change outside of our group, but also within. Our badass members Gabriela Torres, and Felicia Deatherage have moved onto their next chapters! We will miss them and thank them for all the amazing work they have done with us. We can’t wait to see all the amazing stuff you do. We are going to look for new members next month! We are inviting you to join us in our workshops and create with us. More details will be on our IG page and FB.

If you haven’t caught on yet...things are changing. It’s all so exciting and new, but we are always up for a challenge, always up for the next thing. Follow us as we continue to grow and create.
